Notice for a recall of Vanishing Point LS fountain pen
Thank you very much for choosing Pilot for your writing instrument needs. Regarding our fountain pen, the Vanishing Point LS, we regret to inform you that we have discovered that rust can form on the internal surface of the upper retractable portion of the pen. Given our commitment to exceptional quality, we would appreciate the opportunity to replace your pen at no cost to you.
Due to the limited availability of Pilot’s proprietary retractable mechanism for the Vanishing Point LS, the replacement pen will not be available until December. We will contact you again as soon as the part is available.
