- 2-year warranty is valid only for products distributed by Pilot in the United States and purchased through an authorized retailer.
- The warranty excludes consumables items, such as ink, ink refills, lead, and erasers, and does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, accidents, or normal or excessive wear and tears. Bent, split or otherwise damaged nibs are not covered under the warranty and must be replaced.
- Pilot reserves the right to verify all information provided, including requiring valid proof of purchase, pictures or additional information to process your warranty claim.
- Pilot may deny warranty claims at its discretion if there is suspected fraud or evidence that the product has been abused or misused in violation of our policies.
How to submit a warranty claim:
Product must be returned, postage paid by the consumer, to the following address: 3855 Regent Blvd, Jacksonville, FL 32224; Att. Consumer Services. Please include details on the quality issue and include complete address and contact information about where to reach you. We encourage including proof of purchase information for faster processing.

Returns, refunds and exchanges:
For returns and refund requests please contact our Consumer Specialist using the Contact Us form. You will not be refunded any original shipping costs, and you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returned products(s). Any refund request, for other than a quality issue, must be made 30 days from the date of purchase and the product must have been purchased from our website. The refund will be based upon the price paid at the time of purchase. Purchases made through our authorized retailers should be made directly with the retailers. Please allow a few days for credit amount to be posted into your account depending on your bank institution guidelines.

These products are covered under a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase. Contingent upon submission of the International Warranty Card or proof of purchase. Bent, split or otherwise damaged nibs are not covered under the warranty and must be replaced.

These products are covered under a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase. Contingent upon submission of the Product Registration Card and proof of purchase.

Under this warranty, all Namiki writing instruments are guaranteed for life to be free from manufacturing defects. Wiping the interior of the pen cap with water or other liquids may remove the finish and is excluded from this warranty.
